C, August 27\ 1925. Until further order, subject to the provisions of the migrator- bird treaty act of July 3, 1918 (40 Stat., 755), and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto, and subject to the provisions of the laws of the State of Arkansas, migratory waterfowl may be hunted on lands of the United States in sections 14, 23, 20, and 35, township 15 north, range 9 east, and section 2, township 14 north, range 9 east, fifth principal meridian, within the exterior boundary of Big Lake Reservation in the State of Arkansas (set apart and reserved as breeding grounds for native birds by Executive Orders Xos. 2230, 2872, and 3964, dated August 2, 1915, May 31, 1918, and February 23, 1924, respectively) : Provided, however, That such hunting shall be done only with shotguns not exceeding Xo. 10 gauge; and that the use of rifles or other firearms shooting ball cartridges anywhere within this reservation is prohibited.
