(Inist Church. New Orleans, and (irace Church, St. Francisville, the con^nvgation at P>aton Kouge being then dormant. These two parishc^ were both r(i)resented by Lay Delegates. There were three clergymen then resident in Louisiana, the Kev. Messi*s. Hull. P>owinan and Fox, who were all present and pailicipating. 1lie \\\. Kev. Dr. Ihownell, Bishop of Connecticut, wiis also present, and was re(,uested to preside, which he did. The Rev.
