 ^JHIS Dictionary Holder is presented in an im- 
 proved and perfect state : it is un equaled in 
 simplicity of construction, is thoroughly made and 
 finished and is strong and durable in all parts. It 
 stands firmly on four legs and the whole folds com- 
 pactly and will not get out of order. 
 
 It is designed to hold an unabridged dictionary, 
 but it can be adjusted to a book of any size, also to 
 any height and holds a book at any angle. 
 
 The Holder is supplied with numerous revolv- 
 ing attachments for holding books, which are 
 shown in the engravings. These attachments are 
 made entirely separate and can be attached to any 
 holder. The Revolving Shelves are 16 x 16 inches, 
 and will hold a set of encyclopedise or from twenty 
 to thirty ordinary volumes, making it useful to 
 all who use books.

 HIS Book Rest is adjustable to any incline and 
 the arm that extends from the top of the 
 rod has joints by which the Rest can be put in 
 any position to suit the convenience of the reader. 
 
 It is attached by means of a changeable clamp 
 by which it can be fastened to almost any chair, 
 lounge, bed or table. 
 
 Nos. 3 and 4 are supplied with a drawer and 
 ink well; the top slides on the drawer and fastens 
 at any place by an automatic catch.
