 The building has entrances on Broadway, Cortlandt Street and Church Street, and a 
 connection with the elevated railroad station. 
 
 The low building, at corner of Broadway and Cortlandt Street, as shown in view on page 2, 
 being held by this company, ensures light and air permanently. 
 
 The main corridor, shown on opposite page, running through from Broadway to Church 
 Street, connecting with elevated railroad station, is one of the most notable features of the build- 
 ing, being finished in solid marble and having a width of 30 to 50 feet, and a height of 40 feet. 
 
 The woodwork throughout the building is mahogany, fire-proofed. 
 
 The building has a complete plant for furnishing electric light, power for operating elevators 
 and pumping machinery, a ventilating system, and a vacuum cleaning equipment. 
 
 There are twenty-one Standard Plunger passenger elevators and two Otis electric passenger 
 elevators. 
 
 The building will be open day and night with elevator service, light and heat at all hours 
 for the convenience of tenants.
