I will come into Thy house in the multitude of Thy mercy; in Thy fear will I worship toward Thy holy temjjle. Psalm 5.- 7. 2. Let the words of m}^ mouth, and the meditation of ray heart, be acceptable in Thy sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer. Psalm !<): 14. 3. Be Thou exalted, O Lord, in Thine own strength; so will we sing and praise Thy power. Psahn 21 : ij. 4. My praise shall be of Thee, O Lord, in the great congregation; I will pay my vows before them that fear Thee. Psalm 22: 25. 5. All the paths of the Lord are mercy and truth unto such as keep His covenant and His testimonies. Psalm 25: 10. 6. The Lord is in His hoi}' temple; let all the earth be silent before Him. Habakkuk 2: 20. 40. The Minister shall then say: O come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the L/ord our Maker. All kneeling, the I\finister shall say: Unto Thee do I lift up mine eyes. People: O Thou that dwellest in the heavens. Minister: Be merciful unto us, O Lord. People: Be merciful unto us. Mi>rister: Let me hear Th}' loving kindness' in the morning. People: For in Thee do I trust. Min ister: Make me to know the way wherein I shall go. People: For unto Thee do I lift up my soul. (5) . 6 GENERAL OFFICES. The Minister and People shall say together: ]\Iost merciful Lord, we have turned away from Thee into the paths of error and sin; we have followed the devices of our own hearts; we have transgressed against Thy law, in thought, word, and deed; we have wandered from Thy commandments; we have yielded to the allurements of the world and the flesh; we have neglected the works of repentance; we have rebelled against Thy merciful Providence. Draw near unto us, and deliver us from our sins; strengthen us in all good, and bring us into everlasting life, through Thy mercy, O Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen. The Minister shall then say: Search me, O God, and know my heart. People: Try me and know my thoughts. Minister: And see if there be any wicked waj- in me. People: And lead me in the way everlasting.
