 or not proportionably to others of their 
 eftates, nor have bin rated and payd u pon 
 the Ordinance of afj^fiment-Entituled ; an

 their materialised the printers Huts and 
 Spindles which they find fo employed,' 
 and bring the Mafter-printers, and Work¬ 
 men printers before the faid Coipmitteej

 vately vend,(ell, or publilh any pamphlet, 
 ieandalous to His Mafefty, or the procce, 
 dings of both or either Houles of parlia¬ 
 ment^ that Hi all refnle to luffer any Hou¬ 
 les or Shops to be learched , where fuch 
 p reises or p amphlets as aforelaid are kept; 
 And that the perlons im ployed by thefaid 
 Committee, fliall have power to feize.
