'to continue, with slight modifications, the compilation by Class I steam railways of the basic data required on the forms on which operating statistics are now reported to the United States Railroad Administration. Such data will be reported in full in the annual report forms and a part of them will be reported monthly as specified in Schedule II of the rules.
