Indian Office Circular No. 1830, dated October 28, 1922 , and re¬ printed as Indian Office Bulletin No. 20, gave brief information relative to the Indian-citizenship question as it existed prior to June 2, 1924. Since Bulletin, Congress passed an Act approved June 2, 1924, as follows: n (PUBLIC—NO. 175— 68 TH CONGRESS.) That all noncitizen Indians born within the territorial limits of the United States be, and they are hereby, declared to be citizens ox the United States* Provided , That the granting of such citizen¬ ship shall^not in any manner impair or otherwise affect the right of any Indian to tribal or other property. Approved, June 2, 1924.» , ...
