This article consists of pure Asbestos Sheathing, to one side of which is at- tached a layer of “flocked” or felted .\sbestos, forming a strictly fire-proof, non-conducting lining for Hair Felt, protecting it from the injurious ellects of heat when applied to Steam Pipes.
