He hath power and fufficicn- cie of himfelfe, and he giveth power and fufficiencie to all things : there is a two-fold power in God- Firft, an abfolute power, whereby God is of Himfelfe able to doe all things 2 that are not contradi&orie, Afar. 3.9.
