CONDITIONS OF SALE. I.— THE highest Bidder to be the Purchaser, and if any Dispute arise between two or more Bidders, the Lot so disputed to be put up again and re-sold. II. —The Biddings to be not less than One Shilling advance, under Five Pounds; above Five Pounds, Two Shilling* and Sixpence; and so on in proportion. < ' - v, III. —The Purchasers to g/.ve in their Names and Place* of Abode, and to pay down Five Shillings in the Pound in Part of Payment of the Purchase Money; in default of which, the Lot or Lots so purchased, to be im- medi ^.ely put up again and re-sold.
