That no Perfon advance lefs than Three- pence each Bidding ; after Five Shillings, Sixpence j and after the Lot arifes to One Pound, not lefs than One Shilling. 3d. That each Perfon give in his Name, and pay Five Shillings in the Pound (if demanded) for what he buys; and that no Lot be delivered in Time of Selling, unlefs firft paid for. 4th.
