No Work that has been previously exhibited in London is admissible. No copies of any kind, except Paintings in Enamel, are admissible. A Commission of 5 per Cent, will be charged on all works sold in the G allery . No Picture can possibly be removed from the walls until the close of the Exhibition. The Society will take all possible care of Works sent for Exhibition, but cannot hold itself responsible for any damage or loss by fire or otherwise. Those Artists who may be desirous of becoming Proprietary Members re requested to signify their wish to the Secretary. CATALOGUE. U.S.A., Royal Scottish Academician. Purchasers are required to pay a deposit of 20 per Cent, to the Keeper before any Work can he marked " Sold." Visitors to the Gallery will find in the Catalogue the Prices affixed to each Work of Art — a plan suggested to the Society to avoid the inconvenience hitherto so frequently complained of in other Exhibitions.
