 the Highest Award at the International Exhibition, 1862, for 
 great excellence and cheapness in the apparatus exhibited. Sec

 having had for years past considerable experience in the manu¬ 
 facture of all apparatus required in the practice of Photography,

 Instrument being carefully tested is guaranteed as perfect in

 The Work exhibited by Mr. Meagher including Stereoscopic, 
 Carte de Visite, Landscape, and Portrait' Cameras, are of the best 
 class of englisk workmanship.— Vide British Journal of Photography,

 Mr. Meagher’s Case was placed directly under the skylight, 
 ■id his Cameras exposed to a heat which we hope “work in the 
 opics has rarely to withstand.” The perfect condition of every 
 tide at the present moment prove their fitness for an Indian climate, 
 for which the greater portion of the work exhibited is designed.—

 TIL advantages of a swing back. P. M. has made a slight alteration 
 in the form of Kinnear’s Camera, so that it may be used for Carte de 
 Visite or Stereo Pictures ; for example a Camera for Portraits and 
 Views 8 by 6, will focus from 3|in. to 14in., and is fitted with a 
 moveable centre partition; the above alteration has been effected 
 without increasing the size or weight of Camera. (Fig. 1 & 2.)
