CONDITIONS OF SALE. 1. The highest Bidder to be the Buyer; and if any Dispute arise between two or more Bidders, the Lot or Lots so disputed shall be immediately put up again, and re-sold. * 2. No Person to advance less than 6rf.— -above Five Founds, 2s. 6d. and so in proportion. 3. The Purchasers to give in their Names and Places of Abode, and to pay down 5s. in the Pound in Part of Payment of the Pur- chase-money ; in Default of which, the Lot or Lots so purchased to be immediately put up again, and re-sold. 4. The Lots to be taken away, with all Faults, at the Buyer’s Ex- pence, within Three Days after the conclusion of the Sale ; and the Remainder of the Purchase-money to be absolutely paid on or before Delivery. 5.
