A BILL
To authorize the employment of Instructors for the Acting Midshipmen of
the Navy, and to regulate their rank and pay.
1 The Congress of the Confederate States of America do enact,
2 That the Secretary of the Navy be and he is hereby authorized
3 to employ six assistant professors for the acting midshipmen of
4 the navy, who shall have the rank and pay of first lieutenants
5 in the navy, and be subject to the rules and regulations thereof.
