When there is no meat ration, a pound of sound potatoes, if possessed, should be added to the bread ration. If neither meat nor potatoes, then three-fourths of a pound of flour or meal will be added to the present ration of flour or meal. When both meat and flour or meal can*be fur- nished, and potatoes are likewise possessed, one pound of potatoes will be substituted for one-fouvtli of a pound of flour or meal. L. B.
