 Paymasters will hereafter send with their transfer amounts 
 MB abstract of the "Clothing" and "Small Stores" issued to the 
 person transferred, in order that the Paymaster on whose "Bolls" 
 he remains, can be guided in the further issues of these article*, 
 jso as not to exceed the allowance directed in the "Circular,' 
 proved 80th April, 1864.
