For interest, at six per cent., upon four hundred and fifty thou- sand dollars of the Choctaw general fund, from January 1 st to July 1st, 1862, due by State of Virginia, which interest, by certain acts of Congress and an act of the Virginia Legislature, was to be placed, when due, by the authorities of said State, in the Treasury of the Confederate States, in trust for said nation of Indians, thirteen thousand five hundred dollars.
