 The Government Agent for the inspection of Cotton has reported that which 
 wj^s purchased of you, to be in bad condition, as follows : 
 
 When the ropes have burst and the baling has rotted, it is expected, and you 
 arc earnestly requested to put up the Cotton in boards and hoops, so that it may be 
 transported when required.
