S., Assistant Treasurer, or Depositary, as the case may be; should state the Act of Congress under which the bonds were issued, the aggregate amount under such Act, the time for which it i* desired interest should be paid. be made payable to the party authorized to collect the interest, and be signed by the person in whose name the bonds stand ; such person signing his name as it is written in the bonds. Where parties hold bonds issued under more than one Loan, a separate order to collect interest under each Loan, and for each six months, is required. Where bonds stand in the name of a deceased person or minor, the person ctiug the interest as Administrator. Executor, or Guardian, must tile the Certificati of the Clerk of the Court, under seal of office, to the effect that he ha- ■ qualified in said capacity!
