 Sir : — Since the estimates of the 12th October last, and addition- 
 al estimates of December 9th, for expenditures in tlie Kureau of the 
 Superintendent of Public Printing, from 1st of January, 18G5, to 
 30th of June. 18G5, it has been ascertained that an additional sum 
 of one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) will bo re- 
 quired for appropriation : "For printing, ruling and binding for the 
 .several Fxecutive Departments."' This additional estimate is ren- 
 deretl roccssary by tlm increase in the cost of laltor and material.
