 ments and stores, and of hydrography, wil hereafter bo addressed to the 
 officer in charge of th°. office of Ordnance and Hydrography, giving his 
 name and rank. 
 
 III. All communications on the subjfet of provision and clothing 
 will hereafter be addressed xo the officer in charge of the office of Provi- 
 sions and Clothing, giving his name and rai V. 
 
 IV. All communications on the subjj <t of medicine and surgery; 
 medical and hospital supplies, and of the q il department of the navy 
 generally, will be hereafter addres ■ in charge of the office 
 of medicine and surgery, giving his name unci rank. 
 
 V. All communications on tin subjec^of construction and repairs of 
 vessels, steam machinery, and othei nected with the navy, not 
 
 named in paragraphs I. II, III, IV r will ; after addressed to the Sec-
