Whereas, various slanderous report? have been circulated both in the State and out of it, reflecting upon the loyalty of the meinb this Legislature and the people of this State, and ascribing to them hostility to* the Confederate Government, and a desire to reconstruct the Union ; therefore, Be it unanimously ; .
