 tion of the money, which has been set apart by law for the support of the indigent faiuilien of the 
 soldiers of this State, to purchase spun yarn from the diflercnt Factories of the Sfjite, to l>c turned over to 
 the Inferior Courts, to be distributed by them to such families of soldiors »« arc destitute of tlie means 
 of supplying themselves, or their families, with clothing. 
 
 Resolved furilier, That the Inferior Courts be rcquir^'d to notify his Excellency, the Governor, by 
 the 15th day of June next, of the amount necf?<*8ry for this purpose; and that the amount of money so 
 used, shall be dcductt-d from the proportionnl share of tho monoy to which the counties are entitled. 
 
 Ruolrcd further. That this General Assembly rejpertfiiUy request the Factories of the State 
 to furnish thread intended to Ix- so used, at supply and not at speculative prices.
