 and erection of the same. 
 
 1 Section 1. The Congress of the Confederate States- of Jmerica 
 
 2 do enact. That the sum of seventj-five thousand dollare be, and 
 ." the same is hereby appropriated, to remove the naval rope walk 
 4 from Petersburg, Va., and to establish the same at a more suit- 
 ;■) able point, to be selected by the Secretary of the Navy.
