 To be entitled An Act concerning Partizan Rangers. 
 
 1 The Congress of the Confederate States do enact, That 
 
 2 the Secretary of War may organize such companies, 
 
 3 squadrons and battalions of Partizan Rangers as are not 
 
 4 required for detached service, into Regiments, and such 
 
 5 Regiments into Brigades, which shall be on the same 
 
 6 footing in all respects with the other Brigades of the Pro- 
 
 7 visional Army.
