III. In the case of Lieut. E. J. Lee, Montgomery True Blues, (Lt. Artillery), who has been most honorably acquitted by the court, Lieut. Lee will at. once be released from arrest and resume his sword. IV. In all cases where the men and officers have been acquit- ted by the court, they will be at once released and returned to duty. In such cases as their punishment is left to the direc- tion of their Commanding Officers, it will.be strictly carried out.
