The General Agent of the Produce Loan in each State shall receive from the Post Quartermasjjfg^- apu^nted to collect the Tax in kind, under Section % 13f of the act of April 24, 1863, all the Cotton collected byVtfcem from time to time, receipting for, the same in ^dufclicate^ one of which receipts shall be transmitted to the Secrd^ry of 'the Trea- sury. ^ Y " • 2.
