 II. Pursuant to the above Circ'dar the followinji; Camps of Instruction, viz : 
 
 For the 1st, 2d, Sd, 4th and 5th Cong: Districts— Camp Buckncr, Talladega, Ala.; 
 
 For the 7th and 8th Cong: Districts— Camp Watts, Notasulga, Ala.; 
 
 For the 6th and 'Jth Cong: Districts — Camp Preston, Montgomery, xVla.; 
 are de.-igiiated as points to which all parties enrolled under General Order No. 12, from this oftico, 
 except such as join some Company for local defense, wiil be ordered by Enrolling Officers as soon as 
 enrolled. 
 
 III. Commandants of Camps of fnstruction will retain out of the reserve classes a sufficient 
 number to compose their camp guard, and one Company of sixty-four men for each Congressional 
 District under their control, organize them into Companies and forward their Muster Rolls to this 
 office. In organizing these Companies, Commandants will bo guided by Par: XIX, Circular No. 8, 
 Bureau of Conscription, and will allow all, except those organized as camp guards, to elect their officers. 
 
 IV. District Enrolling Officers will require an<l forward to this office the ]\fuster Rolls of all 
 Corapanics for local defense in their res[)ecti''e districts, giving their discriptive rolls in full.
