Bahurim Council Princes of Jerusalem Dispensation for Bahurim Council was issued by Ili<.'. Gii,es Fonda Yates, 33°, Act.'.M/.P.\Sov.".Gr.-.Com.". of the Supreme Council, to Peter Thatcher, Albert C. McNairy, Richard Creighton, Edward R. Griswoi^d, and Theodore Ross, under date May 27, 1859, and was organized by 111.'. Kilian H. Van Rensselaer, 33°, Deputy of the Supreme Council for this District, on the fifteenth day of June, 1859. The first officers elected were : Albert C, McNairy, M.-. E.'. S.-. P.". G.". M.-. Peter Thatcher, G.'. H.'. P.". and Deputy. Richard Creighton, S.'.G.-.W.-. David E. Field, J/. G.-. W.". Edward R. Griswold, Q.\ M.-. C". Theodore Ross, G.". M/. E.'. Peter Thatcher, Treasurer. David E. Field, Gr/. Secretary. But no further meetings were held until April, 25, i860, when a code of by-laws was adopted. The process of election of initiates was the same as in the I/odge of Perfection, and the dues were fixed at one dollar per year.
